W/ELCA

The Holy Cross Lutheran W/ELCA Group is a very active organization within the congregation. Groups meet in the Fireside Room at the following times: the second and fourth Wednesday at 1:00 pm (check the Newsletter and Crosswalks for dates); and the third Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm. Meetings are informal and all women are invited to attend. The W/ELCA groups provide support to many activities and service projects within the local church and the church worldwide. This group of women always welcome those new to Holy Cross and encourages participation of all women within the congregation.

Learning

Bible Studies from Lutheran Woman Today magazine, "Really Bad Girls of the Bible" by LIz Curtis Higgs. The Purpose Driven LIfe, and various other authors of current bible studies.

Ministries/Activities

Annual Christmas party; make and take craft and Bible reflections; Fall Brunch with guest speaker and Christian fellowship; quilters group, prayer circles; church cleaning.
