Pastor Melanie Wallschlaeger
I'm Pastor Melanie Wallschlaeger, Associate Pastor at Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
I was born and raised in Mankato, MN. Following the call to ordained ministry, I received a Bachelor's Degree from Augustana College in Sioux Falls and my Master of Divinity degree from Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN. My favorite book is "Traveling Mercies - Some Thoughts on Faith" by Annie Lamott.
The ministry of Holy Cross is special because we are bursting with new life and energy. Located in an ever-growing area of Sioux Falls, Holy Cross has the unique calling to invite others to grow in relationship with Christ through the ministries offered at Holy Cross. Many of our members do invite friends and neighbors to come to worship, bearing witness to the impact this community has made on their lives of faith.
