From the south on I-29, exit at 26th street (exit #78). Turn west (left on 26th street until you reach Sertoma Avenue (approximately 1.8 miles). Proceed north (turn right) on Sertoma Avenue and travel one block North to 22nd street. Holy Cross is located on the east (right) side of the street at the corner of 22nd Street and Sertoma Avenue.

From the west on 41st Street, as you enter Sioux Falls, Sertoma will be the first stop light within the city limits. At the stoplight on the corner of Sertoma Avenue and 41st Street turn north (left) on Sertoma and travel north to 22nd Street. Holy Cross is located on the east (right) side of the street at the corner of 22nd and Sertoma Avenue.
From the east on 41st Street, at the stoplight on the corner of Sertoma and 41st Street turn north (right) on Sertoma and travel north to 22nd Street. Holy Cross is located on the east side of the street at the corner of 22nd and Sertoma.
