Parish Nurse

This is a paid, 15 hour work week position. The Parish Nurse will coordinate all questions, referrals and resources associated with our existing health ministries. The Parish Nurse will maintain records regarding those who may need further contact following a hospital or nursing home stay. The overall effectiveness and communication of the healing ministries will be enhanced and supported by this position.
